It is the latest cocktail bar to hit town but I was there in the afternoon for some light bites and a glass of wine. Okayyy, we got overly-indulgent with the dessert of the day - Nutella bread and butter pudding with chocolate sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. Oh what a mouthful to say.
The dessert of the day that could not be resisted
Crostini of white anchovies with ricotta cheese and olive oil
Crostini of goat's cheese with honey and thyme
It was lovely. The food was executed simply but flavors were spot-on. All day breakfast is available, together with small bites of sandwiches and crostinis and a few main courses.
The place, leaning towards a white/black themed bistro, slightly preppy (think: Luke's). What made it even more so enjoyable was the natural light and warmth that filled the place because there is no walls or closed doors.
